It’s been over a year since Erik Hassle released his ridiculously amazing EP, “Mariefred Sessions“ and now he’s back with a new single “Stay.” Last week, Jon Ali’s blog posted the song HERE and now the video has a dropped all over the interwebs. I fell in love with Erik a few years back when he and Ellie Goulding covered, Robyn’s “Be Mine” (Free Download). His debut record, “Hassle (Pieces – USA Version)” made me extremely happy on many levels and needless to say, his other two follow up EP’s, “Taken & The Hassle Sessions: Volume One” were just as breathtaking.
“Stay” is equally amazing, there is no doubt! It is a chilling track that’s completely haunting. He is finally set to release a full sophomore album later this year. Although, he still has not crossed over in the states (and his last three EPs did not even come out here), but I am still hopeful.
